Denon Updates HTiB Receivers

Denon has updated several of their home theater in a box systems with new receivers that include more HDMI inputs, dual zone settings and a dedicated iPod dock accessory.

Denon’s DHT-789BA A/V receiver and 5.1 speaker system package features the latest high resolution audio decoders, including Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD Master Audio, to provide the ultimate listening experience with Blu-ray HD audio soundtracks. The AVR-789 receiver is equipped with multiple audio and video inputs, and features 3 1080p compatible HDMI inputs, along with 3 component video inputs. Audyssey MultEQ provides automatic room acoustic measurement and correction, and Audyssey Dynamic Volume and Dynamic EQ provide smooth tonal balance at any volume level. The Boston Acoustics Horizon MCS 100 matched 5.1 speaker system features 3 identical front speakers that include dual mid-bass drivers and dome tweeter, and matching 2-way surround speakers. All 5 speakers feature shelf or table-top mounting, in addition to built-in wall-mount capability. The powerful 100 watt subwoofer features a long-throw 8” woofer that reaches all the way down to the lowest deep bass notes.
