Onkyo has announced two new home theater in a box (HTiB) systems: the 7.1-channel HT-S5400 and the 5.1-channel HT-S3400. The receivers feature four HDMI inputs and one output plus support for 3D video.

Monitor Audio has added an entry to the high-end soundbar market, debuting the R-One-HD single piece soundbar. The unit features seven speakers that span the left, center and right channels. It also offers support for added rear speakers or subwoofer.

Sharp has announced two AQUOS Blu-ray Home Theater Systems that feature 5.1 channel audio with 720 watts of total power. The Blu-ray players support BD-Live and both systems offer dedicated subwoofers.
JVC Announces Five New HTiB Systems

JVC went home theater in a box crazy at CES, releasing five systems. The high-end TH-SB100 features a Blu-ray player, soundbar and wireless subwoofer. The NX-T10 is a skinny 2.1 DVD system designed for flat or wall mount. The last three are 5.1, 1000 watt systems in JVC’s new G-line of home theater products.
Panasonic Announces Two DVD HTiB Systems

Panasonic has announced the SC-PT770 and SC-PT670, both DVD-based home theater in a box systems. Both units feature 1000 watts of total sound in a 5.1 channel system with a built-in Universal Dock for the iPod. The SC-PT770 features a pair of SH-FX70 wireless rear speakers.
Panasonic SC-ZT1 Announced – Full Wireless Home Theater in a Box

Panasonic announced the launch of its first fully wireless home theater in a box system, the SC-ZT1. HTiB systems are all about simplicity and removing all the speaker wires definitely adds to a simple setup. Audio is sent over a wireless 2.4-GHz frequency band, similar to other wireless HTiB setups that have wireless rear speakers or subwoofers.

Sharp didn’t want to be left out of the soundbar party at CES, so they did the right thing and announced two new soundbar units, the HT-SB300 and the HT-SB200. Both units are affordably priced and offer MP3 player input. The SB300 adds Dolby Virtual Speaker support to simulate 5.1 surround sound.

Panasonic has announced the SC-BT200 and SC-BT300, two new 7.1 channel Blu-ray Home Theater systems with wireless ready rear speakers, integrated iPod dock, and access to BD-Live content. The BT300 offers 1250 watts of power while the BT200 hums along at 1000 watts.
Bowers & Wilkins Panorama Soundbar Announced

Bowers & Wilkins has announced their first soundbar, the Panorama. B&W claims it will redefine the market. While they’ve yet to fully release the specs on this unit, we do know that it will feature three built-in amplifiers and plenty of inputs.
